SupperScout is a small independent project. There is no support hotline — but we do read problem reports, and they directly improve the tool's safety checks.

Report a problematic recipe

Found a recipe that looks unsafe, incoherent, or wrong? This is the most useful thing you can send us. Please include:

• What you entered (ingredients and constraints, as best you remember)
• What the recipe suggested (a screenshot is ideal)
• What looked wrong — e.g. raw chicken suggested, allergen included despite your setting, impossible quantity

Every report is used to tighten the deterministic validation rules, so the same mistake can't reach the next person.

How to reach us

Email: hello@supperscout.example — replace with the real address once the project has a dedicated inbox. Until then, problem reports sent through any channel where you found SupperScout (e.g. replying to a social post) will be seen.

Note: this address is illustrative while the project is new. We will never ask for your password, payment details, or personal information by email.

What we can't do

• Recover saved recipes — they live only in your browser.
• Give medical, allergy, or nutritional advice.
• Guarantee a response time — this is a side project, not a staffed service.

Urgent safety issues

If someone has an allergic reaction or foodborne illness, contact emergency services or a medical professional immediately — do not wait for a reply from us.
